Shipping Policy

 

Processing Time

  • Orders typically process in 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • During peak seasons, launches, or promotions, processing may extend by 1–2 business days.

  • Pre-order items ship on or around the estimated date shown on the product page (see Pre-Orders below).

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • We offer Forever Free Shipping on outbound orders where advertised.

  • Expedited and special services (overnight/2-day, signature required) may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

  • Carriers we commonly use: USPS, UPS, FedEx. We may switch carriers based on speed, reliability, or size/weight.

Tracking

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking when a label is created.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to start updating after label creation.

Address Accuracy

  • Enter your shipping address carefully. Once a label is created, we may be unable to change it.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incomplete/incorrect addresses.

  • If you need to update an address, email info@homebytouch.shop within 12 hours of purchase (our cancellation window).

Local Delivery — Miami (Uber/Courier, Coming Soon)

  • Same-day or next-day local delivery may be available to select Miami ZIP codes via Uber/courier (shown at checkout).

  • A recipient must be available for in-person handoff. When the courier marks the order “delivered,” risk of loss passes to the customer.

  • Returns aren’t picked up by courier at this time—please ship returns back using a trackable carrier (see Return Policy).

Free Local Pickup — Miami

  • Pickup Location: 14221 SW 120th St, Suite 106, Miami, FL 33186

  • Pickup Hours: Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET

  • Wait for your “Ready for Pickup” email/SMS before arriving. Bring your order number and ID.

  • Orders not collected within 7 business days may be canceled and refunded minus the 3% restocking fee (gift cards excluded).

Delivery Timeframes

  • Transit times shown at checkout begin after processing.

  • Weather, carrier volume, holidays, and unforeseen events can extend delivery windows. We cannot guarantee carrier timelines.

Refused, Undeliverable, or Unclaimed Packages

  • If a package is returned to us as refused, undeliverable, or unclaimed, we can:

    • Reship (reship fee applies), or

    • Refund once received minus shipping and a 3% restocking fee.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged in Transit

  • If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate your package, check with neighbors and the carrier first.

  • Then email info@homebytouch.shop with your order number. We’ll assist, but replacement/refund decisions depend on the carrier’s investigation.

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can help.

Split Shipments

  • To speed delivery, your order may ship in multiple packages. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items ship when available. The estimated ship window appears on the product page and may change.

  • If we miss the estimate by more than 14 days, you may request a full refund (see Purchase Options Cancellation Policy).

International Shipping (if enabled)

  • Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included unless stated at checkout.

  • Customs inspections may cause delays beyond our control. Incorrect or refused customs payments may result in returns per the “Refused/Undeliverable” terms above.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain oversized or high-value items (carrier limits may apply).

  • Orders may be held for verification if flagged by our fraud-prevention systems.

Returns & Exchanges

  • See our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility and instructions: 14-day return window, 3% restocking fee on eligible returns, customer pays return shipping back to us, and original shipping is non-refundable (exceptions apply for our error/verified defects).
