Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love Home By Touch. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return window

  • Request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all inserts/gifts.

Restocking fee

  • Eligible returns are subject to a 3% restocking fee deducted from your refund.

  • The fee is waived if the return is due to our error or a verified defect/damage on arrival.

Shipping costs

  • We offer Forever Free Shipping on outbound orders where advertised.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns back to us. Use a trackable carrier and keep your receipt.

  • Original shipping is non-refundable.

How to start a return
Email info@homebytouch.shop with your order number, item(s), and reason. Once approved, ship the item back within 7 days using a trackable service.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post the credit after we process it.

Damages or defects
Inspect your order on arrival. For issues, contact info@homebytouch.shop within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product.

Exchanges
Fastest method: return the item (if eligible) and place a new order for the replacement.

Refused/undeliverable packages
If the carrier returns a package to us, we can reship (reship fee applies) or refund minus shipping and the 3% restocking fee once received.

Final sale & gift cards

  • Gift cards are final sale and expire 1 year from the purchase date (or any longer/no-expiration period required by law).

  • Personalized/custom items are final sale once production starts.

  • Opened items that are safety-sealed (e.g., oils) or used candles are not returnable unless defective on arrival.
